La Bargemone
La Bargemone is a historic estate rooted in centuries of winemaking tradition producing innovative, organic wines.
The estate’s history dates back to the 13th century when it was a Templar Commandery, a place of major importance to the Order of the Templars. At that time, the complex of buildings was used for rest, prayer and military training, with the knights cultivating vines there too.
Today the estate spans 120 hectares of vines and produces rosés, whites and reds as rich as the historic land they come from.
Meet the Winemaker
The Einaudi family acquired Bergamone in 2019 and has been continuing to bring new life to the area ever since.
Now run by Pierre Einaudi, grandson and great-grandson of winemakers, the estate is driven by innovation and excellence.
Pierre ensures each bottle is produced to the highest quality, honouring the generations of winemakers who came before him so you can taste the history in each glass.
Organic farming
For Pierre and his family, organic farming is a way of life and a commitment to the future of their land, label and legacy.
They’re breathing new life into the estate, aiming to make Bargemone a true ecosystem that goes far beyond organic farming. The Einadui family are committed to caring for the land while offering the pleasure of tasting and sharing truly great Provence wines.
