FAQ's

  • Is there a minimum order amount to shop online?
    Yes there is a minimum order. It is 6 bottles of wine, unless otherwise specified. The delivery cost is €8.60 per package, including VAT. Where there is a special offer the delivery will be included in the price and this will be notified on the offer.
  • Can I have my order delivered outside Ireland ?
    Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside Ireland. We cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition.
  • Can I send my order as a gift?
    Yes. We have a number of gifting options available. All items are shipped in packaging to prevent breakage as opposed to a gift box. You can include a gift card and message. At the end of your order just write your message in the notes box and we will include it on the card. We will not include any invoicing or payment information to the recipient. The person receiving the gift must be over 18 and may have to present Identification to the delivery driver.
  • Can I track my order?
    Your tracking number is issued to you via email when your order is shipped, you can track your parcel here. If you have any questions about delivery or would like to check the status of an order that you have placed, you can contact us by emailing wineoclockco@gmail.com or call us on +353 87 901 1527.
  • What if I am not home when my wine is delivered?
    Your order should not be left without a signature. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during working hours. If you think you will not be at home, then you can arrange to have the delivery made to the office. In the cases where nobody is home, the driver will leave a slip of paper with the contact details of the courier and the depot where the order can be collected.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order immediately up to the point of dispatch. Simply email wineoclockco@gmail.com or call us on+353 87 901 1527
  • Can I return my order?
    Yes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 30 days. We will refund you any bottles returned to us that have not been opened and remain in a saleable condition on return. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.
  • What do I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is damaged?
    In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us directly and immediately on wineoclockco@gmail.com or call us on+353 87 901 1527 If your package does not arrive within 4 working days of you receiving your shipping email please contact us directly wineoclockco@gmail.com or call us on+353 87 901 1527 We offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred.
